After teaching in Melbourne, I taught at the University of Southern California, and later at the American University Graduate School of Business (MBA program), and the Georgetown University Medical School Washington D.C. At the same time, I practiced as a consultant and coach, specialising in turnaround of major organisational initiatives, and resolution of personal and institutional impasses. This work continued on my return to Australia together with appointment as Clinical Psychology Registrar. I lecture and present workshops on systems psychodynamics in organisational consulting and coaching for graduate psychology programs and professional development in Australia, Europe, and Moscow .
