I held academic positions at the American University Graduate School of Business and the University of Southern California Medical Campus and conducted numerous consultancies for the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. I have facilitated boards, committees, departments, associations and teams for development of shared views on strategy, operations, performance and resolution of differences in hospital, commercial and government organisations in Australia and overseas.
In parallel I worked as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in hospital and private practice settings. As noted in the approach page, my practice is based on psychoanalytic perspectives for which my formal training has been extensive both in the United States and Australia and in which I participate by providing papers, workshops and continuing education.
I am a member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the Association for Coaching, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations, and the Australian Centre for Psychoanalysis. I have served on the Australian Institute of Company Directors coaching panel.
My publications on psychoanalytic, business management, information strategies and psychology are shown elsewhere on this site. Several of these are available on request.
Further details of my background are available on request by email, phone or via the ‘Contact’ page of this site.
