The focus of short-term psychotherapy is on immediate concerns such as anxiety, depression, weight issues, trauma, habits, relationship problems, and life changes. 

I use a blend of approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, depth psychology, interpersonal psychotherapy, and hypnosis.  These evidence-based approaches promote lasting and the positive changes you seek.

My approach is efficient and effective for you to gain a sense of control and establish a resilient and productive sense of yourself.  You become more aware of the underlying causes which limit your desires and objectives.
