Resolving an impasse is like opening a stuck door to meet a need, a wish and a strategy. The reason the door is stuck may seem obvious but there are frequently strongly held misunderstandings and more subtle concerns and beliefs that keep it stuck.
My practice has specialised in the resolution of impasses for many clients: organisations, boards, groups and individuals. In addition I have served on the Australian Institute of Company Directors Coaching Panel, have academic appointments in business and medical schools, and maintained a psychoanalytic practice.
