Short-Term Psychotherapy and Counselling
The focus of short-term psychotherapy is on your immediate concerns such as anxiety, depression, weight issues, trauma, habits, relationship problems, and life changes.
Psychoanalytic based psychotherapy focusses on you becoming more aware of the dynamics which have influenced your current sense of self and underpin the current difficulties. This awareness support an increasingly resilient sense of self and resolution of the issues.
My practice also includes hypnotherapy which offers particular benefit in some situations. It provides a safe and effective environment to understand and manage many difficulties including situational anxiety, fears and habits.
